"Counseling has been growing tremendously as a result of increased stress and demands of the work and home environment on the problems of workforce development and simply the sustainability of life." According to National Alliance on Mental Illness, 43.7 million adults experience mental illness and substance abuse in a given year. 12 million individuals in the United States experience domestic violence. Forty-six (46%) percent live with mental illness.

It is consequently an essential part of the overall care of families, the workforce, law enforcement, and military; the care that is beneficial to all be offered. Hence millions of people cannot afford mental health and substance abuse recovery services, and the professional care when they most need it. This is very often combined with personal problems that lead to the loss of the successful employment, debriefing, and quality of life. Such problems include substance & alcohol abuse, behavioral, and emotional problems and disorders. This non-profit is oriented towards the people who need counseling and who do not have insurance coverage and cannot afford these essential professional services.
